Here at AppleTree Counselling, we believe that even a short therapy session with a trained professional can help an individual alleviate stress / anxiety and find more fulfilment and happiness in their daily life.
Our team is here to provide professional counselling, psychotherapy and consultation services to individuals, couples, families and children.

Equipped with many years of sector experience amongst our counsellors, our team is well versed in identifying the various challenges an individual, couple or family may be facing, and appropriately support them through their journey. These include play and art therapy, personal and couple therapy, systemic family therapy and mediation amongst others.

Clinical Supervision
Professional / Personal Development
Supervision is a process to assist and develop the professional competence of clinicians and counselling practitioners to protect the best interest of the clients.

Clinicians, psychotherapists and practitioners are expected to have regular supervision from a registered Supervisor as part of the professional requirements. Interns and practitioners are also encouraged to seek personal therapy for their professional / personal growth.

AppleTree Counselling’s ‘Community Social Responsibility’ (CSR) is to support the community’s mental health thereby offering highly subsidised professional counselling and consultation services for couples, families, children & individuals who cannot afford counselling services.
We believe that Singaporean’s, Permanent Residence and Expatriates living in Singapore must have access to professional counselling services irrespective of socio-economic status, cultural, religious orientation, ethnicity and the type of residency.
